Service Agreement
By engaging our personal chef services, private event catering, or cooking classes, you agree to the following terms and conditions outlined below.
Booking and Payment
A non-refundable deposit is required upon booking to secure the date and services. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of service, prior to the commencement of the event or class. Payments can be made via cash, credit/debit card, or other agreed-upon methods.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
In the event of cancellation, the initial deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations made within [X] days of the scheduled service may require payment of the full agreed-upon amount. Rescheduling requests should be made in writing at least[X] days prior to the scheduled service and are subject to availability.
Menu Planning and Dietary Requirements
Menu customization is available, and we will work closely with you to accommodate your preferences and dietary requirements. Any changes or adjustments to the menu should be communicated in writing at least [X] days before the scheduled service.
Ingredients and Allergies
We strive to use fresh, high-quality ingredients in all our services. It is the client’s responsibility to inform us of any known allergies or dietary restrictions of the guests. While we take utmost care to prevent cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
Liability
We hold no liability for any damage, loss, or injury incurred during the provision of services, including personal chef services, private event catering, or cooking classes. We are not responsible for any allergic reactions or adverse effects resulting from the consumption of food or ingredients provided.
Equipment and Kitchen Facilities
The client is responsible for providing adequate kitchen facilities, including cooking equipment, utensils, and a clean cooking area. In the case of private event catering, suitable kitchen facilities must be available on-site or coordinated in advance.
Photography and Media
We reserve the right to capture photographs, videos, or other media during the provision of services for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Intellectual Property
All recipes, instructional materials, and culinary techniques provided during cooking classes remain the intellectual property of the personal chef. The client may not reproduce, distribute, or use these materials for commercial purposes without written consent.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Jurisdiction]. By engaging our personal chef services, private event catering, or cooking classes, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the above terms and conditions.
